Novotel oasis resort was perfect ,staff rooms and facilities absolutely loved it 😀

Very clean and quiet resort. Nice secure parking with easy access. Staff very helpful and knowledgable. We enjoyed our stay.

The good things about this property are the position and the service. The building is neat but needs to be updated.It is an excellent 70-style property. Old noicy ceiling fans. It needs a fresh makeover, not just paint. It is too expensive for what it is.

We stayed for 6 days in total, the staff were very helpful and friendly towards us, the breakfast buffet was exceptional, the coffee was just right and affordable, the hotel was clean and welcoming, stunning views and nice pool areas. However; in the bed I slept in there were bed bugs, I woke up every night and into the morning with bite marks all over my body. Our room didn’t get cleaned for 3 days - I complained and it was corrected onto my final bill, but having a clean room after a extremely long and tiring day after touring Cairns would of been ideal. We hardly had any towels, when I asked the cleaning staff I got given 2 when there was THREE of us in the room!! They need more signs for “No Smoking” outside, there were a couple of people smoking outside in the pool areas and around my kids - I didn’t appreciate that! Over all we were happy with the hotel, but they need to focus on the house keeping services.
